As part of completing the registration renewal form, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide information on their employment status, retirement date, of care (virtual or in-person), and area(s) of practice.
Employment and retirement information is collected for the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) to support workforce planning and other reporting. LPNs should answer the questions to the best of their knowledge, selecting the most appropriate options possible.
